Once Monthly Membership: Terms & Conditions

Membership entitles the member to one (1) haircut service per month issued at the time of payment. Services can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. Any unused accrued services expire and are forfeited if not used within 90 days of membership cancellation.

You are considered an “active member” if you have made all monthly payments on time and have not terminated or frozen your membership status. Any delays in payment collection may result in your inability to access member benefits and book appointments.

Membership benefits are not transferable to any other individuals including immediate family members.

Membership benefits can only be used at select locations.

Membership does not guarantee appointment date or time availability. Service booking is on a first come, first serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take full advantage of all membership benefits.

Member agrees that we cannot guarantee a Stylist/Barber at any time during the Membership term.

Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based on what a salon can accommodate.

Your obligation to pay the monthly membership fee ends upon the effective cancellation of the membership, as described below. Renewal charges for future periods will not be charged if auto-renewal is cancelled at least four (4) days prior to the monthly payment date.

To provide our members with added flexibility, even if auto-renewal is cancelled, your membership will not end until the later of: (a) when all service credits have been used or are expired; or (b) 90 days from the request to cancel. This provides members with up to 90 days to utilize accrued services, even after auto-renewal has been cancelled.

 No Show/Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen. To avoid being charged a fee, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by telephone or by cancelling/rescheduling through the web/mobile app if you can’t make your scheduled appointment. Since our service professionals are unable to fill a missed appointment, they miss out on valuable compensation. Other clients also miss out on booking a time slot occupied by a missed appointment. For the benefit and respect of our team of professionals and our clients, a fee of $25 will be charged if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before, or do not show up for, your scheduled appointment.

Billing Terms

Your payment of the monthly price of the membership will be charged on the day of enrollment and continue monthly thereafter until you request to cancel. Monthly payments will be charged to the credit card you place on file. If your credit card expires, you authorize us to obtain a new expiration date from the card issuer, if we choose to do so, and/or to continue billing the card in accordance with the terms of this agreement (whether or not we have obtained a new expiration date). In accordance with applicable law, if our first attempt to collect any fee under this Agreement is unsuccessful, we may make additional attempts to collect from any/all payment methods you provide us, plus a service fee of up to $25 or the maximum amount allowed by law for each instance we submit or re-submit such payment request and it is returned uncollectable for any reason including, insufficient funds, expired or cancelled payment cards, overdrafts and closed accounts. We are not liable for any fees charged by your financial institution if a payment request is returned as uncollectable.

Monthly membership charges and associated fees including enrollment, freeze, cancellation, and no show fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Monthly membership rates are subject to change. Boardroom Styling Lounge will make reasonable effort to inform you of the rate change, however, members that do not receive Marketing communication may not receive notice.

Membership Cancellation

Subject to applicable law, memberships are eligible for cancellation after two months. To request cancellation, email To avoid a renewal charge for the next period, auto-renewal must be cancelled four (4) days prior to the payment collection date.

Membership Freeze

Membership is eligible for a freeze period of up to 90 days. A fee of $10 per month will be charged in order to maintain your membership status. Membership benefits are not available for use during the freeze period. At the end of the freeze period, the membership will automatically reactivate and the card on file will be charged the next month’s membership fee. In order to request a freeze you must email four (4) days prior to the next payment collection date. Military Members: If you are deployed or assigned to active duty, Boardroom will allow you to freeze your membership without any fees for the time in which you are absent upon written request to You will need to provide proof of deployment or assignment detailing your absence and the applicable time period.

This Membership Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior Membership Agreements. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are valid until the membership is cancelled and/or all benefits have expired.
